To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. We need your personal details so we can ensure we're sending your reading directly to you and to allow us to contact you via Etsy messenger with updates & information relating your order. We also collect the answers to the customization questions which you must provide when ordering - this is so we know what your question is and ensures we can provide a useful reading for you.

2. Why We Need Your Information and How We Use It

We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
as needed to provide my services, such as when we use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
